Amy Rosenberg provides clients with high-level strategic communications counsel, and develops and leads media relations programs to meet client objectives. In addition, she is responsible for practice development and works with the U.S. management team on media relations and new program offerings. Amy’s extensive client experience has allowed her to work across a broad spectrum of strategic media relations and communications including mergers and acquisitions, hostile investors, reputation management, thought leadership campaigns, corporate earnings, bankruptcy and turnarounds. Amy has two decades of experience as a specialist, using strategic media relations communication for both traditional financial services firms and companies seeking to increase shareholder value with institutional and retail shareholders. Amy joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies in 2012 following positions as managing director in Burson-Marsteller’s (B-M) corporate practice and leader of the firm’s financial media and communications program. Prior to B-M, she served as managing director and director of media relations at Financial Dynamics (FD), responsible for media relations counsel to U.S. and international clients. Amy joined FD after serving as North American director of media relations for research and trading at UBS Investment Bank (formerly PaineWebber). Amy was recognized as one of the Most Respected Financial Institution PR Professionals in the 2012 Gorkana Survey of Financial Journalists. Her career began at MWW Strategic Communications. Amy holds a B.A. degree in government from Clark University.
