Howard Levine is a Director with the Global Credit and Special Situations practice at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focuses on opportunities in distressed investments and illiquid securities. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he worked as an investment banker in the mergers and acquisition practices at Sagent Advisors and Citigroup Global Markets in New York. Mr. Levine is Co-Founder and Treasurer of The Resolution Project, a not-for-profit that identifies and empowers undergraduate students around the world who wish to launch new social ventures. Mr. Levine received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a BA with honors from Harvard University.
