Jean Lee

Director, Head of Corporate Partnerships

Jean Lee joined Youth INC in May 2015 and has worked in global cross-sector partnerships with multi-lateral organizations, NGOs, foundations, governments and nonprofits where she has held positions in policy, research, advocacy, grantmaking, operations and fundraising. As part of the management team she leads the Corporate Partnerships team and National Advisory Board activities, plus two signature annual events – the State of the Market investors conference and Trading Week for Kids. She brings over a decade of cross-functional experience to Youth INC in this period of organizational growth.

Jean earned a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. Her personal philanthropy includes supporting educational, arts and cultural institutions across New York City and serving on the Young Partners Board at the Public Theater. Public access to education and cultural arts is very important to her.

Her son, Seamus, keeps her active and close to the issues of socio-emotional learning and positive youth development. Jean is a foodie and loves to travel, golf, ski, fly-fish and shoot.
