Mr. Civale is a Senior Partner at Apollo Management, L.P. and joined Apollo in 1999. Prior to that time, Mr. Civale was employed by Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. in the Financial Sponsors Group within its Corporate Finance Division. Mr. Civale currently serves on the boards of directors of Berry Plastics Holding Corporation, one of the world’s largest plastic packaging companies, Harrah’s Entertainment, the world’s largest gaming company and Prestige Cruises, a luxury cruise line operator. Mr. Civale was previously a director of Goodman Global, the second largest HVAC manufacturer in the US, Covalence Specialty Materials, a leading plastics packaging company, and IPCS Inc, a regional wireless phone operator. Mr. Civale graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in Political Science and a minor in American History.
