Drawing on 25+ years of experience providing sophisticated and commercial advice and judgment across a broad spectrum of industries and market caps, Ms. Huber helps clients shape and develop ESG strategy, oversight, reporting and other programs to drive value while providing solutions to carefully addressing, managing and mitigating risk.
Ms. Huber frequently speaks and writes for the American Law Institute, American Bar Association, Aspen Institute's Business & Society Program, New York State and City Bar, Practising Law Institute, and the Society for Corporate Governance. A former member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Advisory Council, she is quoted in various media outlets, including the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, and the American Banker. She lectures on ESG matters at law schools, including for the NYU School of Law’s Institute for Corporate Governance and Finance, the University of Virginia School of Law and University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Before joining Latham, Ms. Huber was Co-Head of the ESG Group as well as of the Environmental Practice Group at a global law firm.
Jose Minaya is the Chief Executive Officer of Nuveen, responsible for its vision, strategy and day-to-day operations. He and his leadership team set and execute key growth initiatives and provide oversight of all investment management teams and client businesses. He also chairs the Nuveen Executive Committee.
Jose previously served as President and CIO of Nuveen, responsible for overseeing all investment activities for more than $1 trillion in assets spanning the globe and covering equities, fixed income, real estate, private markets, natural resources, other alternatives and responsible investments. Prior to that, he led TIAA’s global real assets division, where he was responsible for setting strategy and developing our investment capabilities across real estate, agriculture, timber, infrastructure, energy and alternative credit strategies. He joined TIAA as a fixed income portfolio manager in 2004, and has more than 27 years of investment experience at firms including AIG, Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan.
Jose currently serves on multiple boards including the Robert Toigo Foundation, the National Forest Foundation as well as the Investment Company Institute. He is an executive sponsor for the Inclusion and Diversity initiative at TIAA, working to build and promote a diverse and inclusive environment throughout the enterprise. Jose holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Manhattan College and an M.B.A. from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School of Business.
Ron is chairman and chief executive officer of State Street Corporation.
Ron was previously president and chief operating officer of State Street Corporation, and before that, president and chief executive officer of State Street Global Advisors, the investment management arm of State Street Corporation. He joined State Street in 2015.
Prior to State Street, Ron was president of Asset Management & Corporate Services for Fidelity Investments, responsible for all Fidelity asset management organizations and Fidelity’s corporate functions and enterprise technology. He served at Fidelity from 2010 to 2014.
Before joining Fidelity, Ron served as president and chief executive officer of BNY Mellon Asset Management in Boston. During this time, he also served as vice chairman of Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. Additionally, Ron oversaw all of Bank of New York Mellon's activities in Asia. Prior to the 2007 merger of Bank of New York and Mellon, he was vice chairman of Mellon Financial Corporation and president and chief executive officer of Mellon Asset Management. He served at Mellon and Bank of New York Mellon from 1997 to 2010.
Prior to Mellon, Ron was with McKinsey & Company, Inc., from 1986 to 1997, and was elected a partner in 1992. He founded the Investment Management practice worldwide and was co-founder and co-leader of the firm's North American Personal Financial Services practice. Additionally, he was a member of the Worldwide Property & Casualty Insurance practice. During his tenure with McKinsey, Ron served in the firm’s Boston, New York, and Stockholm offices.
Ron is deeply involved in industry efforts around climate, corporate governance, and diversity and inclusion. He leads the Task Force for Asset Managers and Asset Owners as part of the Sustainable Markets Initiative, aimed at deploying institutional capital to accelerate the transition to a net zero world. He also has leadership roles at Focusing Capital on the Long Term, the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, and the Vatican Summit on the Just Transition with Notre Dame University.
Ron received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Syracuse University in 1980 and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1986.
Ron serves on the boards of Unum Corp., Beth Israel Lahey Health, ABL Space Systems, The Boston Foundation, The Ireland Funds, IYRS School of Technology and Trades, Syracuse University, and WBUR. Ron’s philanthropic and civic interests include corporate governance, retirement/healthcare policy and funding, education, and climate. He has led several initiatives on gender equality. Ron is a frequent speaker and writer, and an avid offshore sailboat racer.

Mr.Wagner co-founded Knighthead Capital Management, LLC after being involved in the distressed and high yield business for many years. Prior to Knighthead Capital’s founding, Mr. Wagner was most recently employed by Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was a managing director responsible for running the distressed and high yield credit trading desks. He also co-managed the firm’s Capital Structure Franchise Trading desk, which combined the trading of credit and equity products issued by stressed and distressed companies. Mr. Wagner oversaw 22 traders specializing in a variety of credit and equity products including cash bonds, credit default swaps, listed and OTC equities, convertible bonds, preferred stock and equity options. Mr. Wagner was also active in the firm’s mentoring, recruiting and diversity programs. Prior to joining Goldman in 2000, he was employed for two years at Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”) as a high yield trader and special situations desk analyst. Mr. Wagner graduated Beta Gamma Sigma from Columbia Business School in 1999 and worked full time at CSFB during his second year of studies. Prior to attending business school, he worked for 5 years at Ernst & Young, LLP in the firm’s hedge fund practice providing audit and consulting services to a wide range of investment funds. During his tenure at Ernst & Young, LLP, Mr. Wagner was registered as a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and the Cayman Islands. Mr. Wagner graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1992.
Mark Fields is Hertz’s interim CEO, a position to which he was appointed in October 2021. He has served as director of Hertz since June 2021.
Fields also serves as a Senior Advisor at TPG Capital LP, a global alternative asset firm since October 2017. Previously, he was president and CEO of Ford Motor Company from 2014 to 2017 and chief operating officer from 2012 to 2014. As CEO and COO at Ford, he was responsible for overseeing Ford’s fastest global manufacturing expansion in 50 years, managing the most-aggressive global product introduction schedule in the company’s history and delivering record profitability.
Fields joined Ford in 1989 and progressed through a number of leadership positions in the U.S., South America, Asia and Europe. He was executive vice president and president of the Americas from 2005 to 2012; executive vice president and CEO of the Premier Automotive Group and Ford Europe from 2004 to 2005; chairman and CEO of the Premier Automotive Group from 2002 to 2004; and president and CEO of Mazda Motor Corporation from 2000 to 2002.
Fields has served as a director of Qualcomm since June 2018, lead independent director of Tanium since July 2020, a director of TPG Pace Solutions Corp. since April 2021 and a director of TPG Pace Beneficial II Corp. since April 2021.
Previously, Fields served on the Boards of Ford (2014 to2017), IBM (2016 to April 2018) and Mazda (1999 to 2002).
He holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University and a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Michael Gregory (Greg) O’Hara is the Founder and a Senior Managing Director of Certares. Prior to forming Certares, he served as Chief Investment Officer of JPMorgan Chase’s Special Investments Group (“JPM SIG”). Prior to this role at JPM SIG, Greg was a Managing Director of One Equity Partners (“OEP”), the private equity arm of JPMorgan. Before joining OEP in 2005, he served as Executive Vice President of Worldspan and was a member of its Board of Directors. Greg is the Executive Chairman of American Express Global Business Travel, Chairperson of Hertz Global Holdings and Vice Chairman of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings and serves on the Boards of Directors of Hertz Global Holdings, Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings and Tripadvisor, The Innocence Project, World Travel & Tourism Council and Certares Holdings. Greg is the Head of the Investment Committee and a member of the Management Committee of Certares Management LLC.
Greg received his Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University.
J.D. O’Hara serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Internova Travel Group, one of the world’s largest privately-held travel services companies providing unrivaled expertise in all facets of leisure, corporate and entertainment travel. With more than 3,000 employees, Internova Travel Group (formerly Travel Leaders Group) is comprised of more than 6,000 travel agency locations with over 62,000 travel advisors in more than 80 countries. Mr. O’Hara became CEO of the company in January 2020 after having served as President.
Mr. O’Hara’s core tenets for Internova Travel Group’s success is to provide impeccable service to its travelers, the highest quality support and tools to its travel advisors, and unsurpassed value to its preferred supplier partners.
Previously, Michael was Executive Vice President of Global Supplier Relations where he led a global team responsible for all GBT supplier engagements with airlines, hotels, car companies and limo providers, as well as on-line booking tool providers and Global Distribution Systems (GDSs).
He has also led the Travel Partner Network, made up of GBT Franchise partners who service business travelers in countries where GBT has no proprietary presence. Prior to this, he led Global Marketing, Product Development and Innovation, as well as internal and external Communications. This role included innovative and strategic efforts such as mobility, MI, and customer value programs. The Communication team leads all industry, media, and social media channels.
In a prior role, Michael was Vice President, Client Services Group, bringing together key Operational and Client Management aspects of the organization, with over 2,500 employees. Michael has led operations for both the US On-site servicing and Latin America call centers. He has been with American Express for 31 years and has held various leadership positions within Finance and Business Travel. He is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Michael earned his MBA and B.S. Degree from Arizona State University.
Rich Itri is a Senior Vice President of Professional Services (CIO Advisory) at Eze Castle Integration. Rich has over 22 years of IT executive experience, spending his entire career managing IT within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eze Castle, Rich was Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer for PJT Partners, a boutique investment bank, Principal and Chief Information Officer for Sky Road and held Chief Information Officer positions at Arrowhawk Capital Partners and Arbalet Capital Partners. Over the years, Rich has developed and managed innovative, business aligned platforms, that drive revenue and operational efficiencies. Rich holds positions on several Advisory Boards and volunteers his time to help non-profits leverage technology.
Sarah is the Head of Cyber for Marsh International (ex-North America). In this role she is responsible for driving growth and retention strategy through dedicated regional cyber practices, delivering cutting edge cyber insurance advisory and placement to our clients around the world in coordination with our market leading cyber consulting and analytics capabilities. Sarah is also responsible for the Cyber Division in London. Here she and her team work directly with both our UK clients and with our global network of colleagues to make sense of cyber, technology, and media E&O (PI) risks, and create leading edge bespoke insurance solutions in the London market.
Prior to joining pre-acquisition JLT in 2015 to build a Cyber Practice, Sarah spent 12 years with Aon in a variety of roles. Sarah was Aon’s Head of Cyber & Commercial E&O for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Region, working with colleagues across business groups and clients in the region to identify, analyze, and drive awareness of cyber risks, exposures, and both insurance and non-insurance solutions. Previously, Sarah spent seven years with Aon’s US cyber and errors and omissions practice group thinking nonstop about cyber insurance way before it was cool. Her first four years at Aon were spent in the account management group working with large clients and developing a keen eye for excellent client service, with a brief detour in the form of a secondment to the Bermuda broking operation.
Sarah received a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina in 2002, and earned an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Certification in 2005. She is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, and formerly part of the Northern California Chapter Steering Committee and chair of the Europe Chapter Steering Committee. She currently serves on the Cyber Insurance Curriculum Advisory Board. Sarah is a regular speaker on cyber risk and insurance topics and is frequently quoted in numerous publications including the Financial Times, and has been featured on both the BBC and Sky News.
Dean brings decades of cybersecurity experience to the firm. All aspects of a problem set are within his scope. From delivering designs and services to responding to threats, Dean has been engaged in cybersecurity for more than 45 years. Whether managing delivery teams or leading technology firms that are responding to new threats or establishing new capabilities, he has been instrumental in responding to global events for both commercial and government clients globally. Dean has served in chief technology officer (CTO) and chief security architect roles for a variety of organizations ranging from successful venture funded start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
Dean is a veteran of the US Navy.
